[Return/exchange procedure]

Please submit your order number and desired details via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. After confirming the details, we will contact you with the next steps.
*Depending on the content, it may take some time for us to respond.

◼︎  Returns

- We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
*Please choose your size carefully. If you are unsure about the size, please see here .
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. We will cover the shipping costs.
-If a replacement item is not available due to stock levels, you will be asked to wait for it to be restocked, or the item will be produced or returned if it is not scheduled to be restocked.
                        

◼︎ Size exchange

- Size exchanges are only accepted for unused items that have been tried on indoors.
-If a replacement item is not available due to stock levels, you will be asked to wait for it to be restocked, or the item will be produced or returned if it is not scheduled to be restocked.
- Regarding shipping costs, if you are exchanging the size of your first order, you will only be responsible for the cost of returning the item. For subsequent orders, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
・Products worn outdoors
・If we determine that the item cannot be resold due to scratches or creases from trying it on.
・Items that have lost their shoebox, tags, or accessories
・Repaired, damaged or soiled products
・If the shipping label is attached directly to the shoe box when returning the item
・If the product is returned without contacting us in advance
