The penny loafers from the chausser classic line feature a last that is narrowed from the arch to the heel, resulting in a snug fit. While the Goodyear welt construction tends to make the sole stiff, the flex sole, which is rich in oil, allows for a comfortable fit. The mocha section is meticulously skin-stitched by artisans. The upper is made of undyed cordovan, so with wear and care, you can enjoy the beautiful creases and amber color that cordovan naturally develops over time.

Care Instructions - Cordovan -
Step 1. Remove the shoelaces and use a horsehair brush to remove any dust or mud from the surface.
*Please use shoe trees if you have them.
Step 2. Remove stains using a leather cleaner.
Step 3. Apply a thin layer of nourishing shoe cream (type: cordovan-specific cream or emulsifying type) to the entire surface.
Step 4. Shine: Use a boar bristle brush to apply shoe cream and shine the entire shoe.
*If the hair is standing up, rub it with a buffalo horn or something similar, as if you were crushing the hair.
Step 5. Wipe dry with a finishing cloth to remove excess cream and polish.
