Sublime by chausser's double monk sandals feature a double sole and Goodyear welt construction, which is rare for sandals. The upper is made of luxurious Horween shell cordovan. The more you wear them, the more their unique luster will increase, allowing you to enjoy beautiful changes over the years. Goodyear welt construction is robust and well-made, increasing the durability of these sandals and making them a pair you'll want to maintain for a long time. They may feel stiff at first, but once they break in, you'll appreciate the comfort of Goodyear welt construction.

Country of Origin: Japan. Size: Width: E; Length: Short; Width: Wide; Instep: High. The rounded toe allows for freedom of movement, but the shoe is tighter than other chausser shoes. This last is one of the more comfortable lasts for chausser shoes, so those with a narrower foot or instep may find the shoe too large. Due to the manufacturing process, the cork inside the outsole sinks, so we recommend purchasing a size that fits snugly. Due to the design, the instep has an overlap, which may feel harsh if the sole is stiff.

- After wearing them for a day, it is important to let them rest and dry thoroughly to remove sweat.

Care Instructions - Cordovan -
Step 1. Remove the shoelaces and use a horsehair brush to remove any dust or mud from the surface.
*Please use shoe trees if you have them.
Step 2. Remove stains using a leather cleaner.
Step 3. Apply a thin layer of nourishing shoe cream (type: cordovan-specific cream or emulsifying type) to the entire surface.
Step 4. Shine: Use a boar bristle brush to apply shoe cream and shine the entire shoe.
*If the hair is standing up, rub it with a buffalo horn or something similar, as if you were crushing the hair.
Step 5. Wipe dry with a finishing cloth to remove excess cream and polish.
